The General Media Regulation Authority summoned two doctors, one of whom is a radio program provider due to the promotion of an unlicensed product.
And based on the communication received by the Public Authority for Media Regulation from the Ministry of Health, which includes the promotion of two doctors for a violating medical product in the Podcast Program in one of the licensed radio stations.
The ministry emphasized that this product is not registered in the Food and Drug Authority, and there is no scientific evidence for the allegations mentioned by the two doctors about its alleged benefits, and that the product does not carry permission to marketing.

Marketing is inconsistent with the ethics of the profession

The Public Authority for Media Regulation summoned the two doctors, the presenter and the guest of the program, due to the marketing of their conversation that is inconsistent with the ethics of the profession, and is not consistent with the media and health systems that must be followed and adhered to.
The authority also summoned the radio official that broadcast the program, because it was not committed to the provisions of the regulations and regulations not to promote the products that are not licensed by the competent authorities in the Kingdom.
Regular measures will be completed towards violators.
