المملكة: Launching new electronic services via the Absher platform .. What is it?

Within the pavilion of the Ministry of Interior in “Libype 2025” held in inspiration during the period from 9-12 February, the Director General of Passports, Major General Dr. Saleh bin Saad Al -Murabaa, launched the services of the national identity card on the Absher smartphone application, and the service of updating the academic qualification registered in the regulations of the Ministry education.
The national identity card services include “the card renewal service, the service of a missing allowance, and the service of a damaged allowance” with the ability to take the personal photo through the “Absher” application.

New electronic services

The service of updating the academic qualification was able to benefit from a request to register the highest academic qualification registered in the regulations of the Ministry of Education through the Ministry of Interior’s electronic platform “Absher”.
The civil status drew attention to the fact that the beneficiaries can see the procedures and requirements of new services by entering the user’s account in the “Absher” platform and application on smartphones, stressing that it comes within the development steps for electronic transactions aimed at providing smart digital solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of the services provided.
