When a person discovers another land in space, it will reduce the value of real estate

The founder of Damac Hussein Sajwani confirmed that investing in real estate is still maintaining its value by choosing the site, quality and the quality of the property in which it is invested.

He said in response to a question during a session at the Arab Government Administration Forum within the agenda of the second day of the World Summit on Governments held in Dubai. Are real estate still maintaining their value? “When a person goes to space and discovers another land and everyone buys there at the time, the value of real estate will decrease.”

Future governments foresight

The World Government Summit 2025 continues its second day, and continues until February 13 in Dubai under the slogan “Future Governments foreseen.”
