Emaar Development achieved its highest real estate sales ever of 65.4 billion dirhams ($ 17.8 billion), an increase of 75% compared to sales in 2023, which amounted to 37.4 billion dirhams (10.2 billion dollars). The successful launch of 62 new projects through various major plans during 2024 reflects the company’s pioneering position, and also enhances its chances of sustainable growth in the future.
Supported by the record level of real estate sales in 2024, revenues from real estate sales accumulated from projects under completion reached 90.9 billion dirhams (24.7 billion dollars) until December 31, 2024, an increase of 59% compared to 2023, which promises a prominent growth in revenues during the coming years .
Emaar Development recorded its highest revenue ever of 19.1 billion dirhams (5.2 billion dollars) during the year 2024, an increase of 61% compared to 2023. The company also recorded its highest net profit ever (before tax calculation) amounted to 10.2 billion dirhams (2.8 billion dollar); An increase of 20% compared to 2023.
Emaar Development Board of Directors proposed the highest profits in the company’s history by 68% of the capital, with a value equivalent to 2.7 billion dirhams (740 million dollars), which represents an increase of 31% compared to 2023, in place with the approval of the shareholders at the next annual meeting of the company’s general assembly . Emaar Development acquired 141 million square feet of land in major locations in Dubai during the year 2024, with a total development value of 96 billion dirhams.
