The Emirates Health Services Corporation revealed that the number of medical prescriptions that were disbursed through the “robotic pharmacy” in five hospitals during the year 2024 amounted to 334 thousand and 284 recipes, to serve 262 thousand and 183 patients, which contributed to providing effective and accurate service, and reducing patient waiting period To obtain medicines in pharmacies. According to the report of the achievements of the “robotic pharmacy” service, which “Emirates Today” was briefed on a copy of, the number of hospitals affiliated with the Emirates Health Services Foundation in which the “robotic pharmacy” service was applied, five hospitals, namely: “Al Qasimi, Al Qasimi for women, childbirth and children, Ibrahim bin Hamad Obaidullah, Abdullah bin Imran, Fujairah.

In detail, the number of medical prescriptions that were disbursed by the “robotic pharmacy” at the Fujairah Hospital during the past year reached 91,415 recipes, while the number of patients who served 70 thousand and 613 patients.

In Al Qasimi Hospital 97,56 recipes, to serve 76,402 patients, and in Al Qasimi Hospital for Women, Children and Children 26,476 recipes, to serve 20 thousand and 544 patients. In Ibrahim bin Hamad Obaidullah Hospital, 107 thousand and 218 recipes, for 84 thousand and 929 patients, and in Abdullah bin Imran Hospital 11 thousand and 819 recipes to serve 9695 patients.
