In the past five years, the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority has completed many projects that have contributed to the upgrading of the citizens ’housing sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, embodied a leading national model in devoting efforts to work to meet the needs of the people of the country in light of the continuous rational leadership of the sector development.
The authority told the Emirates News Agency “WAM” that a belt is one of the residential benefits that were disbursed, which included more than 18,144 residential land grants, and more than 3727 housing, and the provision of 22635 loans, and more than 4004 senior citizens benefited from exemptions.
In the forefront of the projects carried out by the authority in the past five years, the completion of the infrastructure work for five residential projects, in the cities of Abu Dhabi and Al -Ain, where about 99.8% of the infrastructure work in Riyadh, which provides approximately 26,000 residential lands, has been completed and work is underway to complete the last two phases (sixth And the seventh, south of Al -Shamkha, through which the granting of building licenses has started, and these stages are expected to be completed in the first quarter of this year.
The Authority works in Al Ain City to complete the infrastructure in the Al -Nodi residential project, Al -Foua area (Al -Lim neighborhood) and the Al -Nabagh area. The project.
The authority explained that 75.74% of the infrastructure work has been completed in the Al -Foua area (Al -Lim District), which includes 1135 residential lands and the two projects will be completed during the first quarter of this year and in the Al -Nabagh area, the authority is developing the infrastructure work to equip 2699 residential lands and reached a percentage The completion of the business in the project 25.57%, and the project is expected to be completed at the end of 2026.
The authority pointed to the inauguration of the Al -Mazen neighborhood project in Mayo Al -Madi, which extends over a total area of ​​9.06 square kilometers, and includes 3453 residential villas, at a total cost of up to 9.3 billion dirhams, and the launch of the Yas Residential Channel project in March 2024 in the Al -Raha Beach area, to build 1146 residential villas Citizens have a total value of 3.5 billion.
The list of projects achieved by the authority included the inauguration of the Al -Wathba housing project in Novimber/2023, one of the projects of the Emirati Integrated district, at a cost of up to 1.1 billion dirhams, to provide 347 new residential villas for citizens in the Al -Wathba area and the launch of the Integrated residential film project in July 2023, which is located north East Yas Island, the project, which will be completed next year, will provide 1743 residential villas, and its development value is 8 billion dirhams.
The authority drew attention to the inauguration of the Sweihan Residential Project in June 2023, which is being held within the projects of the integrated Emirati neighborhood, at a cost of up to 572.1 million dirhams, to provide 204 new residential villas for citizens in the Sweihan region, and the launch of two new housing projects in the areas of West Bani Yas and Al -Samha in May/ 2023, they include the construction of 1,901 residential villas for citizens at a cost of more than 7 billion dirhams.

The authority pointed to the inauguration of the expansion of the residential farmer project May/2023, one of the projects of the integrated Emirati neighborhood, which included the addition of 899 new residential villas at a cost of more than 1.92 billion dirhams, and the inauguration of the Al -Mughira residential project in the Al Dhafra region in May/2021, which extends over an area of ​​206 hectares of 410 Residential villas for citizens at a cost of 1,264 billion dirhams .. While the month of October of the year 2020 witnessed the inauguration of the Al -Samha residential project, which includes 250 residential villas for citizens at a cost of 674 million dirhams, on an area of ​​more than 520 thousand square meters.
