244 mm is the highest amount of rain recorded during the weather condition in Jabal Yans in Ras Al Khaimah

Abu Dhabi, March 28 / WAM / Significant amounts of rain fell on various areas of the country yesterday, as a result of the country being affected by a weather condition characterized by the proliferation of cumulonimbus clouds and rainfall of varying intensity in a number of areas.
The National Center of Meteorology stated that Jabal Yans in Ras Al Khaimah topped the list of highest recorded rainfall amounts with 244 mm, followed by Manama in Ajman with 234.7 mm, then Al Hayer in Al Ain with 234.1 mm, and Jabal Mubarrah in Ras Al Khaimah recorded 229.7 mm, while the amount of rain in Khatm Al Shikla in Al Ain reached 226.6 mm.
