IPS Real Estate Awards to support innovation and excellence in the real estate sector
Dubai, February 17 / WAM / The “IBS 2025” exhibition announced the launch of the IPS Real Estate Awards to honor the distinguished and innovative projects in the real estate sector, within the activities of the 21st session of the exhibition, which will be held from April 14 to 16, 2025 at the Dubai World Trade Center.
The prizes aim to enhance innovation, sustainability and smart technology in the real estate sector, with the opening of candidacy via the iPSCONGRESS.com/AWARDS.
The prizes were allocated to companies and individuals, as it includes corporate awards: the real estate developer award, the sustainable construction project prize, the real estate management company award, the facilities management company, the architecture company award, and the real estate technology company award (probetic).
As for the individuals awards, it includes: the CEO Award, the Women’s Leadership Award, the Al -Waseet Real Estate Award, the Emirati Leader Award, and the Emirati Real Estate Award.
Suhail Saleh, director of awards, said that the candidacy door is open through the exhibition website, calling on real estate companies and individuals to participate in order to enhance leadership and exchange best practices in the sector.
The prizes cover several categories that include real estate developers, sustainable projects, real estate and facilities management, architecture, and real estate technology, as well as honoring individuals of executives, pioneering women and real estate brokers.
The prizes aim to encourage innovative solutions in construction, urban planning and sustainability, which contributes to developing a competitive business environment, enhancing cooperation between investors and developers, and pushing the hurry of real estate growth on a global level.
It also highlights the prominent achievements that contribute to raising the standards of excellence in the real estate sector, through a specialized jury that includes a group of experts to evaluate the posts according to transparent and accurate standards.
