The General Command of the Fujairah Police reviewed during the Institutional Innovation Forum, “We Instant Community Service”, a group of pioneering innovations aimed at enhancing security and service work using the latest smart technologies, in conjunction with the UAE month of innovation 2025.

The General Command of the Fujairah Police, represented by the Security Inspection Department, developed a smart cordon to track police dogs in the event of losing them during searches and security tasks, especially in mountainous areas and rugged slopes, which contributes to raising the efficiency of security work and shortening time and effort in determining dog sites during the implementation of tasks.

Hamdan Ali Al -Khuzaimi, from the Security Inspection Department (K9), said, “The smart (GPS) technology (GBA) is via a mobile phone slice, which allows the follow -up of dog movements accurately via the custom devices,” noting that the effectiveness of the device is high, as it shortens The time to searches and enhances response speed during security tasks.

He added that the device allows the transfer of accurate data for the movement of police dogs in the actual time to the control devices of the security elements, which allows them to easily track them in difficult environments and improve response speed during field tasks, especially in valleys and rugged mountainous areas, which contributes to enhancing the efficiency of search and rescue operations, to As well as improving the management of security units.

Raising students’ awareness of the dangers of drugs

The second innovation aims to raise the level of students’ awareness of the dangers of drugs through virtual reality technology, where interactive electronic games are employed specifically designed to suit the target age group, which allows providing awareness in an innovative style that combines entertainment and education, and enhances the effectiveness of awareness messages in modern and developed methods.

Lieutenant Mohamed Ali Al Mulla, from the General Command of Fujairah Police, explained that innovation depends on virtual reality technology (VR) using advanced devices such as Oculus 3, where the student wears the allocated device and engages in an interactive experience that simulates realistic scenarios about drug control.

He added that the game consists of several stages, including awareness questions designed in a simple style that is appropriate to the capabilities of students, as the player answers the questions during the game’s path, which contributes to the delivery of awareness messages in a fun and effective way.

In addition to the security and technical innovations reviewed by the Fujairah Police, the leadership provided the innovation of “smart vehicles”, which depends on a new system that adopted the Traffic and Licensing Department, which is a “OD2” chip with the aim of facilitating the process of reserving vehicles at home, which reduces the damage that may be caused to the vehicle As a result of traditional reservation and enhances the comfort and happiness of customers.

Major Mohamed Ali Dad of the General Command of the Fujairah Police reviewed the innovation of the “smart bracelet”, which is considered an advanced electronic platform for monitoring and has been launched as a national project since 2019 and aims to follow the accused in an innovative manner using the GBA system.
