5.1 Richter earthquake hit the South Pacific Tonga Islands

A 5.1 -magnitude earthquake on the Richter scale struck today, Tuesday, east of the Tonga Islands in the South Pacific.

The earthquake details

The American Geological Survey reported that the earthquake center fell 102 km east of the “Ohunoa” area in Tonga, and at a depth of 10 kilometers below the surface of the earth.
No reports have yet been reported about human losses or material damage as a result of the earthquake.
