“FOST” and “Minavvvs” adopt two international evaluated experts "The Federal Prosecution"

Abu Dhabi, February 19/ WAM/ The Financial Working Group “FATE”, the financial work group for the Middle East and North Africa region “Minavvvs”, Ahmed Abdullah Al Hammadi, the Attorney General and Vice -Chairman of the Committee for Examination and Follow -up of Money Laundering Cases at the Office of the Public Prosecutor, and Dr. Marwan Jassim Mohamed, appointed Senior Undersecretary The Prosecution and Director of the Federal Prosecution for Economic Crime and Money Laundering, as experts, are international valuable accredited to the two groups.

The Federal Public Prosecution affirmed that this accreditation comes as an extension of its march of distinction that it established in this field, where in 2019, Dr. Tariq Al -Rashed, the first public prosecutor of Ajman College, Chairman of the Committee for Examination and Follow -up of Money Laundering Cases at the Public Prosecutor’s Office as an international resident approved by the group “” Minavvaves, “Nasser Al -Khatri was approved in 2023, a member of Ajman Prosecution as an international resident Accredited to the “FATE” group, which reflects its leadership in building specialized cadres capable of contributing to the mutual evaluation processes of countries.

She added that this achievement represents a renewed step in its path towards strengthening the professional specialization among its cadres, as part of the national strategy to counter money laundering, combating terrorist financing and enhancing the state’s position as a regional and international reference in this field.
She stressed that the sustainability in supporting and developing the legal and vocational specialization is an essential component of competence and judicial excellence, believing that the acquisition of skill, knowledge and in -depth experience is a basic pillar in the field of investigation and prosecution of financial crimes.

This accreditation reflects a proactive approach in building cadres capable of dealing with the new challenges in the field of cross -border financial crimes, which contributes to strengthening the state’s efforts in protecting the global financial system and combating illegal financial flows, according to the highest international standards.
