Cooperation agreement between the Abu Dhabi Chamber and the Shanghai Union for Industry to enhance trade cooperation and investment

Shanghai, February 19/ WAM/ The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Shanghai Union for Industry and Trade to upgrade the fields of commercial and investment cooperation, and to unify efforts to support Chinese companies wishing to expand in the Abu Dhabi market, which is a global economic center and influencing the indicators of digital and sustainable economy.
This came during the Abu Dhabi -Shanghai business meeting, which was organized by the Chamber as part of the activities of the visit of an economic delegation from the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to the People’s Republic of China.
The agreement was signed – in the presence of His Excellency Ahmed Jassim Al -Zaabi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Chamber and Shu Ziki, President of the Shanghai Federation for Industry and Trade, President of the General Chamber of Trade in Shanghai – His Excellency Shams Ali Khalfan Al Dhaheri, Second Deputy President of the Abu Dhabi Chamber, Managing Director, Wang Chiahhan, Vice President of the Shanghai Federation for Industry and Trade.
The agreement aims to enable the two sides to consolidate the bonds of economic cooperation, provide an interactive platform that enhances inter -trade and allows the exchange of experiences and information, and support for investors and companies, which contributes to creating more investment opportunities, and opening new horizons for development and building vital partnerships in various sectors, in a way that establishes a place Abu Dhabi is a pioneering destination for business at the global level.
His Excellency Shams Ali Khalfan Al Dhaheri stressed that the signing of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement inaugurates a new stage of economic cooperation between the two sides, in light of the increasing importance of the Chinese economy, and the rapid growth and expansion of the Chinese business sector in the Emirate .
Al Dhaheri pointed out that the Abu Dhabi Chamber seeks to enhance the interests of the Emirati business community and push its growth in Abu Dhabi and China, and to facilitate ways to develop commercial and investment partnerships, and the Chamber also supports opportunities to attract promising Chinese companies to Abu Dhabi, and to provide everything that is required in various sectors, to benefit from the opportunities for regional growth And the world provided by the emirate.
