The Formula 1 legend expands his real estate portfolio by investing in Dubai

During his long career in Formula 1, he was able to build a financial empire that provides him and his family with great security and stability, noting that he expanded his real estate portfolio by investing in Dubai.

Defense Central newspaper reported that the Celebrity Net Worth website estimated Alonso’s wealth at approximately 260 million euros, resulting from the financial awards he received throughout his career in addition to sponsorship contracts and various partnerships. However, the value of his real wealth exceeds this number, given his success in managing his investments outside the track.

She explained: “Alonso owns a group of luxury homes, including a prime property near Oviedo worth approximately 10 million euros, in addition to expanding his real estate portfolio through properties in Monaco, Switzerland, and Dubai, which reflects his ability to diversify his wealth and benefit from real estate investments at the international level.”

She added, “His most prominent project outside the circuits is the Circuito Fernando Alonso Museum in Llanera, where he keeps his historical vehicles, his trophies, and the most important pieces of his sporting career, in addition to managing an international karting circuit that attracts young people and athletes.”

On the other hand, Alonso owns a 10% stake in the “Raw Super Drink” isotonic drink, which has achieved a significant presence in the sports markets thanks to its focus on healthy and environmental products.
