American stocks decreased at the beginning of today’s trading

American stock indicators decreased at the beginning of trading today, and the S&P 500 index decreased by 0.1%, one day after its highest level ever.
The Dow Jones Industrial Index also decreased by 122 points, or 0.3% by 10.30 am in the American East Coast time, and the Nasdaq index fell by 0.3%.

Corporate shares decline

The share of Celanez Chemical Company helped to push the market to decline after it declined by 20%, although the company announced a profit in the last quarter of last year.

The CEO of the company, Scott Richardson, warned that it had witnessed a “deterioration in the demand that has not shown any sign of decline” during the last three months of the year, while the company expects the continued weakness in basic markets such as cars, construction and paints.
The shares of the Electrical Automobile Company, Nicolas, also decreased by 38.2% after submitting a request to protect from bankruptcy under Chapter 11, and announce its intention to sell its assets and liquidate its business.
At the same time, the loss of Nicolas was a gain for competing companies that produce electric cars such as Tesla, whose share increased by 2.5%, which was one of the most powerful stocks on the S&P 500 index in morning trading.
