المملكة: “Education Evaluation” adopts 62 academic programs for the results of accreditation

The Education and Training Evaluation Authority was approved; Represented by the National Center for Evaluation and Academic Accreditation “Accreditation”, the results of accreditation operations by obtaining (62) academic programs on program accreditation, and transferring the accreditation of (2) educational institutions and (7) academic programs from conditional accreditation to full accreditation, while it did not happen (11) program on programmatic accreditation.

Islamic University programs and Saudi University

Where (3) academic programs at the Islamic University have obtained conditional accreditation, namely (PhD, Jurisprudence of the Sunnah, Master of Creed, Master of Da`wah).
At the Saudi Electronic University, (3) academic programs obtained conditional accreditation, namely: (Master of Health Care Department, Cyber ​​Security Master, Bachelor of Information Technology), as well as a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery Program at Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University, and the Master of Engineering Department at University Prince Sultan, and Bachelor’s Product Design at Princess Noura Bint Abdul Rahman University on full accreditation.

University of Business and Technology

The Master of Engineering Management Program at the University of Business and Technology, in addition to the Master of Arts in Islamic Studies, has received jurisprudence and its principles, and the Master of Arts in Islamic Studies, specializing in modern and interpretation at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University on conditional accreditation, and (3) academic programs were approved at Al -Baha University, conditionally. In specializations: (Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Arabic Language), also obtained the Bachelor of Law Program at the Northern Border University, and the Bachelor of Arabic Language Program at Taif University.

King Khalid University

(7) academic programs at King Khalid University obtained a conditional accreditation in the specializations: (Master of Computer Science, Master of Information Systems, Master of Information Security, Master of Science in Data Science, Year PhD and Sciences, PhD, Contemporary Doctrine, PhD and Sciences), Two programs obtained full accreditation, namely: (Master of Safety Engineering and Fire Prevention and Master Chemical engineering).

King Saud University

At King Saud University, (4) academic programs were fully adopted in the specializations: (Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Philosophy Philosophy in the Arabic Language and Literature, Master of Arts in Public Law, Master of Arts in Private Law), while two programs were approved at a stage Conditional dependence: physical therapy and radiology.
(3) academic programs at King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences in Jeddah obtained conditional accreditation in the specializations: (Bachelor of Clinical Nutrition, Bachelor of Job to Treatment, and Bachelor of Radiology Science in Al -Ahsa), and one program obtained full accreditation in the Bachelor of Emergency Medical Services at headquarters University in Al -Ahsa.

King Abdulaziz University

At King Abdulaziz University, (5) academic programs obtained full accreditation in specializations: (Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning, Master of Information Technology, PhD in Computer Science, Master of Mining Engineering, Master of Chemical Engineering), while (3) approved conditional dependence in specializations : (Master of Information Systems, Bachelor of Sharia and Islamic Studies, Bachelor of Arabic Language And its etiquette).

King Faisal University

As for King Faisal University; Two academic programs have been approved as conditional in the Bachelor of Arabic Language and Bachelor’s degree, in addition to the Bachelor of Creed Program at Umm Al -Qura University obtaining conditional accreditation, while the Bachelor of Judicial Studies program obtained full accreditation, and at the University of Tabuk obtained (3) programs on conditional accreditation in Specializations: (Bachelor of IT, Bachelor of Islamic Studies, Master Hadith and its sciences), two programs obtained full accreditation: Bachelor of Computer Engineering and Bachelor of Systems. As for the University of Hail, the Bachelor of Interior Design Engineering program obtained conditional accreditation.

Dar Al Uloom University in Riyadh

Dar Al Uloom University in Riyadh also obtained the full accreditation of the Master of Arts in Public Law and Master of Arts in Private Law, and at Shaqra University, a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy was received at the university’s headquarters in Shaqra and Bachelor of Law at the university’s headquarters in Dawadmi on conditional accreditation, as well as the Master of Science program in Energy Engineering at Effat University on full accreditation, in addition to the acquisition of Ibn Sina National College of Medical Sciences For the Bachelor of Nursing Program, while the Bachelor of Dentistry program obtained conditional accreditation, and the Bachelor of respiratory therapy program at the Muhammad Al -Mana College of Medical Sciences obtained conditional accreditation.
A number of educational institutions and academic programs have also been transformed from the state of “conditional accreditation” to “full accreditation”, so at the level of educational institutions; The institutional accreditation of both the Arab Open University and the colleges and institutes sector in the Royal Commission in Yanbu has been transformed from conditional institutional accreditation to full institutional accreditation.
As for the level of academic programs, the program’s accreditation has been transferred to (7) academic programs that included (4) academic programs at Al -Jouf University: (Bachelor of Biology, Bachelor of Chemistry, Bachelor of Mathematics, Bachelor of Physics), as well as the Master of Vocational Dawa Program at King Khalid University And the Bachelor of Industrial Engineering Program at Umm Al -Qura University in Al -Qunfudhah, and the program Bachelor of Software Engineering at the University of Hail.

Accreditation stages

The Education and Training Evaluation Authority confirms that the procedures for obtaining academic accreditation from the “Import” center are going through several stages, starting with the preparation of the educational institution or the program as a evaluation study of its performance; It includes all academic, educational, administrative and service aspects; Based on the criteria for accreditation, and to confirm its principles, and to enhance the institution’s ability to self -diagnosis of its performance, with continuous development, according to a clear methodology, followed by the institution or program subject to the external calendar from an independent team of experts, based on the same standards used by the institution and the program, to obtain confidence In accreditation decisions, and align with the labor market.
It is worth noting that accreditation criteria are being developed and reviewed according to the best national and international practices, in full partnership with professional bodies and educational institutions, in order to achieve the authority’s vision, mission and goals in applying a global leading Saudi model; To ensure the quality of education and training in the Kingdom, in a way that achieves its organization in supporting the economy and development, and contributes to achieving the goals of the Saudi Vision 2030, and the targets of the human capacity development program. The commission had obtained a number of international confessions of academic credits that it gives, in addition to what it seeks to obtain confessions; To enhance its role seeking to reach the Kingdom’s global leadership in this field.
