Ahmed bin Hamid chairs the leadership meeting of the Human Resources Department
Ajman, February 21/ WAM/ Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi, representative of His Highness the Ruler of Ajman for Administrative and Financial Affairs, was chaired , Besides the managers of the organizational units.
Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi praised, during the meeting, the efforts of the work teams in the department to achieve the targets in 2024, stressing the importance of enhancing operational efficiency and raising the level of institutional performance in line with the aspirations of the Ajman government.
He stressed the need to focus on innovation and sustainable development to ensure the achievement of strategic goals and enhance the future readiness of the department.
Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi indicated that the achieved achievements reflect the department’s commitment to the vision of the wise leadership and its approach to continuous development, calling for continuing to work in the spirit of one team to achieve institutional excellence.
He directed the importance of seeing international best practices and expanding the scope of partnerships with specialized entities in the field of human resources, in a way that contributes to accelerating the pace of innovation and enhancing the ability to keep pace with accelerating changes.
The meeting included a review of the approved projects and initiatives for the year 2024, and the follow-up of the achievement rates compared to the specified goals, in addition to analyzing the results of strategic and operational indicators. The risk management report was presented and the strategic document of the department for the period from 2025-2029 was presented.
The attendees discussed future initiatives aimed at supporting national cadres, developing and empowering human capital, and enhancing digital capabilities to improve the level of services according to best practices, in a way that contributes to achieving institutional excellence and enhancing the readiness of human resources in the Ajman government for the future.
