The President of the State and the Prime Minister of Italy are witnessing part of the Emirati -Italian Business Forum in Rome
Rome, February 24 / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, “may God protect him”, and His Excellency Georgeta Meloni, Prime Minister of the Italian Republic, witnessed today as part of the activities of the “Emirati -Italian Business Forum” in the context of “a state visit” His Highness is carried out to the Italian Republic.
The forum sessions highlight sustainable energy solutions, infrastructure development and innovation in the field of health care, as well as the UAE and Italy interest in the sectors of information and communication technology, digital transformation and space economy in addition to joint investment opportunities in Africa, handling climate change, resource management, promoting sustainable economic growth, and ensuring Sessions for communication and bilateral business meetings between Emirati and Italian business leaders to explore building opportunities New investment and commercial partnerships.
The forum was also attended by His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Advisor to the President of the State, and a number of members of the accompanying delegation to His Highness the President of the State during his visit to Italy.
The forum is held with the participation of a large number of businessmen from the UAE and Italy to discuss the opportunities to enhance economic cooperation between the two countries, especially in the fields of development priority. The forum also represents an opportunity to conclude agreements between the business community in the two countries, which enhances the economic and commercial partnership between the UAE and Italy.
The activities of the forum witnessed the signing of notes of understanding and agreements between Emirati and Italian companies in many fields, including technology, digital transformation and sustainable investments, while a large number of businessmen in the Emirates and Italy participated in the forum.
