Legal consultation … Should the resigned employee sign this paper?

I submitted my resignation from my own workplace, and I continued with me the Department of Personnel Affairs, to sign the receipt of the end -of -service gratuity paper, without actually receiving it, claiming that it is just a signature to end the procedures, and that they will transfer the reward to my bank account at a later time .. Is there a problem that I might fall into if I signed this paper before I receive my dues?

It is possible to sign the procedures of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation with writing until the transfer of dues and even without writing this phrase because the judiciary was not to be entrusted with that signature as evidence of the payment of dues and made the employer to prove the payment of dues, whether in cash or by bank transfer or others.
