Two days since the real estate registration ended for 158 neighborhoods in Riyadh, Madinah and Al -Sharqiya

The General Real Estate Authority announced that the deadline for the first in -kind registration of the real estate has ended for 158 neighborhoods, including 37 neighborhoods in Riyadh, and 119 neighborhoods in the eastern region, including 79 neighborhoods in Dammam, 32 neighborhoods in Al -Khobar Governorate, 8 neighborhoods in Al -Qatif Governorate and parts of the neighborhoods in Medina, at the end of the day Thursday, February 27, 2025.
The “Authority” indicated that the real estate registration for the property will end in the following neighborhoods in Riyadh: (Part of the Al -Khair neighborhood, Al -Suwaidi, Sultana, Al -Duraiyah, Al -Muhtar, Al -Sharafiya, Umm al -Hamam al -Sharqi, Umm al -Hamam al -Gharbi, Al -Badia, Al -Arja, Al -Wash, Al -Wahla, Al -Fifa, and Skina , Manfuha, Implone, Umm Salim, Al -Oud, Al -Yamamah, Al -Wita, Salam, Al -Washam, and Jabra, Al -Batta, Aatika, Al -Salihiya, Duwaiba, villages, Al -Shumisi, Gaba, Washah, Al -Jaradia, Al -Muqbab, Al -Dahou, Manfuha Al -Jadida, Al -Dira, and Al -Rafia).

In Al -Khobar Governorate, the registration will end in the following neighborhoods: (Ibn Sina, Al -Khobar Al -Southern, Al -Fakhbah, Al -Bandariya, Al -Rakah Al -Southern, Al -Akhdar Belt, Al -Tahlia, Al -Jisr, Al -Corniche, Al -Aqrabi, Al -Bustan, Al -Harbi Al -Ghalbi, Al -Jawhara, Al -Hada, Al -Khuzami, Al -Olaya, Al -Hamra, Al -Taawun , Al -Sahel, Al -Rawabi, Cordoba, Yarmouk, Workers City, Housing, Northern Khobar, Industrial Al -Huqaba, Andalusia, Seville, The sea, the creek, the artificial artificial industrial). In the Qatif Governorate, the registration will end in the following neighborhoods: (Al -Zuhur, Al -Awam, Al -Talal, Al -Fayhaa, Al -Rawabi, Al -Nahda neighborhood, Al -Rayhan, and Al -Maha).
The authority called on the owners of real estate located within the scope of the aforementioned neighborhoods to speed the initiative to register their real estate through the real estate registry platform before the registration period ends to benefit from the services of implementing real estate behavior and documenting all the changes that occur in the property.
She pointed out that the real estate registry will issue a “real estate number” and a ownership registration instrument for each real estate unit registered, and the new property registration instrument includes the exact geographical location of the property, its owner’s data, descriptions, condition, and the rights, obligations and all real estate actions that occur to it, to be a basis for documenting ownership and rights The real estate of it, which contributes to the sustainability and enhancement of the real estate sector and its main potentials.
The authority confirmed that the failure to register real estate during the period specified in the declaration decision exposes its owners to the financial fines contained in the real estate registration system for the property, which is determined by a specialized committee to consider the violations, and that the applications for registration in kind for the property are continuing in all the declared areas even after the expiry of the registration period specified in the declaration decision.
It is noteworthy that the National Company for Real Estate Registration Services (Real Estate Registry) undertakes the task of implementing the work of establishing and managing the real estate registry in the Kingdom using modern technologies and geomic data through an integrated digital platform that contributes to enhancing transparency and trust in real estate services and data.
