The Minister of Education said during the opening dialogue session of the forum: “Our wise government – may God bless it – invest in education in an unprecedented way, is invested in an unprecedented budget that keeps pace with the requirements of growth and development, and the size of the budget allocated to education in 2025 is the second largest allocated (201 billion riyals); education must be It is an integral project between various sectors, and we work in partnership with government agencies; our goal is to become Saudi education in the list of the best 20 educational systems around the world, according to the targets of Saudi Vision 2030.

He added that the integration between the governmental, private and non -profit sectors is necessary to achieve future education goals, as the ministry works within an integrated system with government agencies to provide an attractive investment environment for the private sector in education; Pointing out that there are investments available in building and managing schools, services provided, and content industry, and many of the traders want to invest in the sector.
The role of the private sector in supporting education
The Minister Al -Bunyan explained that the private sector is a main supporter that contributes to the development of the education system, which is an attractive environment for investment, as its participation rate is 17% and the ambition to reach 25% with the support of investors.
He pointed out that the ministry continuously supports the private sector in pursuit of effective in all regions of the Kingdom, in order to achieve strategic goals, and enables the private sector to develop promising educational facilities, towards a motivational investment environment that supports the growth and sustainability of educational projects.
He indicated that the ministry established the business center along with three consulting councils to support integration between the various sectors, and qualitative steps were taken in the field of development and governance; The issuance of the Council of Ministers’s decision to develop the Institute of Teachers, in addition to strengthening the role of the National Curriculum Center in developing educational content.
Minister Al -Bunyan confirmed that the Ministry of Education is working to assign all its work to specialized bodies to ensure quality; Pointing to the launch of the “Schools” platform for evaluating schools, as well as a competition for the evaluation of national tests and improve the quality of education and enhance its competitiveness.


The Minister of Education concluded his speech by emphasizing that the investment forum in education will be a main station to enhance cooperation between the government and private sectors, and discuss the future of education, which reflects the trend towards strategic investments to raise the quality of education and achieve ambitious goals.

The Investment Forum in Education witnessed the signing of a number of agreements and memoranda of understanding between the Ministry of Education and several related bodies such as: the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, and a tripartite cooperation memo between the Ministry of Education, the infrastructure fund and the Education and Training Evaluation Authority, as well as a memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Education and the “Mim Ain” company for education Endowment, and the cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Education and the Bank of Small and Medium Establishments, in addition to a number of launches such as: launching business schools service, and release The areas of cooperation between the Ministry of Education and the Standards, Metrology and Quality Authority.

The forum included several dialogue sessions with the participation of a number of officials in government and private agencies and education leaders; The strategic directions for investment in education, potentials and opportunities for investment in education, opportunities and challenges of investors in the private education sector, and partnership models between the public and private sectors in education, were discussed, as well as reviewing the most prominent success stories of educational partnerships, and providing workshops and work papers on the areas of special education.
The forum represents a platform that brings together investors in the educational sectors to discuss the reality and future of investment in education, highlighting investment opportunities and strategic directions supporting the sector’s development, and activating strategic partnerships between the public and private sectors, in a way that supports sustainable development and raises the efficiency of the educational process, and contributes to achieving the targets of Saudi Vision 2030 .
