Dubai, February 25 / WAM / Dubai will host the twenty -first session of the IPS exhibition (IPS), during the period from 14 to 16 April, at the Dubai World Trade Center.
The event focuses on the latest innovations in the real estate technology sector, and the role of startups in developing digital solutions that enhance the efficiency and sustainability of the real estate market. IPS 2025 focuses on five main axes that include real estate developments, future cities, startups and real estate technology, real estate design, and real estate services, which makes it an integrated platform to foresee the future of the real estate sector.
The organization of the exhibition comes at a time when the global real estate sector is witnessing an accelerated digital transformation, and according to a report issued by “Fortune Business Insights”, the size of the global real estate technology market amounted An annual growth annual growth of 11.9% during the period from 2024 to 2032.
The real estate sector in Dubai continues to achieve exceptional results, as the emirate recorded 2.78 million real estate transactions in 2024, an increase of 17% compared to 2023, while the value of real estate actions amounted to 761 billion dirhams, with a growth of 20% in value and 36% in the number of behaviors, according to Official data issued by the Dubai government.
This year the exhibition is witnessing the launch of a competition dedicated to startups in the field of real estate technology, with the aim of highlighting innovative solutions in artificial intelligence, smart cities, and digital solutions that enhance the sustainability and efficiency of the real estate sector.
Engineer Ibrahim Jarad, the elite portfolio manager at the IPS exhibition, said that the event will bring together an elite group of industry leaders and investors to form strategic partnerships that support real estate innovation and keep pace with global digital transformations.
