My husband resides in the state, and we have children, and I agreed with him to separate from each other, and my question is in the event of divorce, is it possible to take my children while they are my custody to live and stay with me in my country .. knowing that I have no relatives in the Emirates.

It is necessary to agree with the divorced or the legal judge according to the age and interest of the custody, because the right to custody is related to the father’s right to care, vision and follow -up of the conditions of the custody, and the approval of the father or the judge must be approved.
