King Abdulaziz Library Index 700 manuscripts in literature, jurisprudence and interpretation

The King Abdulaziz Public Library in Riyadh released the fourth and fifth parts of the (manuscript index) that you acquire and archive and document, as it includes the penalties that are located in 1310 pages, a definition of 700 manuscripts, and they include definitions of their numbers, description and characteristics.
This comes within the framework of the library’s cultural heritage program to control the index of manuscripts permanently in order to provide its indexes, for the benefit of students of science and knowledge around the world.
The manuscripts included a large collection of arts and knowledge that included manuscripts in the origins of religion, jurisprudence, statutes, readings, interpretation, hadith and biography of the Prophet, literature, poetry, philosophy, mysticism, medicine, account, astronomy, dictionaries, logic, grammar, drainage, history, rhetoric and public knowledge.
The fourth part includes the original manuscripts of the memorization number (1001) to the memorization number (1300), and the number of folders of manuscripts is (300) volumes, and the number of addresses (643) are all titles in Arabic, with the exception of (12) in the old Turkish language, and (8) in the Persian language.

The fourth part started with a manuscript in the interpretation entitled: (The perceptions of the download in achieving interpretation) by Abdullah Al -Nasafi (d. 710 AH) followed by the manuscript of Abdullah Al -Mawsali (d.
As for the fifth part, it deals with the original manuscripts of the memorization number (1301) to the memorization number (1700), where the number of volumes of manuscripts reached (400) volumes, and the number of titles (635) titles, all in Arabic except (15) in the old Turkish language, and (60) manuscripts in the Persian language.
He started with a manuscript: (The writer’s literature) by Ibn Qutaybah (d. 276 AH) and then (Lights of the Bureau of the Righteous) by Youssef Al -Ardabili (d. 799 AH). Al -Roumi (d. 672 AH) and other rare manuscripts in various arts, literature and sciences.
Indexing fields were placed in each manuscript within a systematic framework that includes: memorization number, then: art, which is the classification of the manuscript for any science, the address, and the author, without titles or nicknames, and it is triple or quadruple at most with the date of death in Al -Hilri only, copying, date of copies, location of copies, line, then binding, the number of papers, the size of the page, the number of lines, and the beginning of the manuscript, and the beginning of the manuscript, The end of the manuscript, references, and other data.
It is worth noting that the manuscripts acquired by the King Abdulaziz Public Library amount to five thousand volumes, and the one part contains an index of 300-400 original manuscript volumes, and this comes within the library’s interest in archiving and documenting its rare holdings, and preserving the national, Arab and Islamic heritage.
