Therefore, in line with the “Dubai Social Agenda 33” launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God bless him, under the slogan “The Family is the basis of the homeland”, and within the Dubai 2033 plan, the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai headed by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, and Chairman of the Executive Council, in February 2025, approved the Dubai Children’s System “Our children are honest.”

This system seeks to achieve a clear goal that from birth, from the age of adulthood, has the best level of social welfare, while the system – the latest and most comprehensive of its kind to protect and care for the child – works to build an integrated and comprehensive environment for protection and social care for children and adolescents, so that it guarantees the full partnership with parents, achieves the integration of roles, enhances the frameworks of joint action through the relevant government agencies, and crystallize the frameworks And evaluation and follow -up between partners in all sectors.

In conjunction with the Emirati Children’s Day, corresponding to March 15 of each year, the Dubai Child Protection System, “Our Children, Amana”, comes to hold a new acquisition that is added to the list of qualitative gains supporting to achieve the well -being of the child, family cohesion and the prosperity of the emirate community.

– 6 elements of the child’s axis
The vision of the Emirate of Dubai was designed to protect and care for children, adolescents and youth, according to the approach of the child’s axis, and is based on six basic elements, including ensuring the interest of the child first in designing all relevant policies, procedures and regulations, and the family’s support mainly – as it is the basic unit to contain the child and his affiliation center and his growth and the basis of achieving his well -being, and involve the community of the Emirate of Dubai, with all its members and institutions, in the responsibility of protecting the child, in addition to enhancing work in addition to enhancing work, in addition The government in an integrated and consistent manner in different disciplines, as well as designing effective intervention policies and plans that ensure stability and sustainable social welfare in the long run, leading to enhancing the principle of prevention in protecting the child and achieving pre -emptive planning and early positive intervention.

The impact of the “our children” system extends throughout the various stages of the lives of children, adolescents, and youth until the age of 21 years, and it even includes the prenatal stage, including identifying family, health and social needs of the child before his birth, postpartum stage, registration of children and issuing their identification documents and ensuring that they obtain the basic health and social services for protection, care and health growth.

Our children also keep pace with the needs of children, adolescents and youth in Dubai in the study stages, including compulsory school education, higher and continuous education, basic health and social services and social protection requirements during these stages, to the stage of adulthood, and the stage of marriage, which keeps pace with the beginning of the foundation of the family.
