437 thousand participants competed with prizes worth more than 9 million riyals, and more than 200 male and female students won them worthy creativity with encouragement and empowerment at the Kingdom level.
“Cultural Skills” competition
The cultural skills competition is a national competition launched by the Ministry of Culture in partnership with the Ministry of Education.
It comes in the belief in the ability of generations that arise to creativity, excellence, and to participate in making a future full of culture and arts.
The competition, which is a creative gateway in making culture and arts, aims to preserve the Kingdom’s cultural legacy and raise awareness, and to discover and develop the skills of male and female students in the cultural and artistic fields.
In addition to directing their passion for practicing various cultural and artistic fields, and achieving optimal investment for their energies.
The fields of “Cultural Skills” competition
Its fields include: photography through the creativity of visual formations, documenting distinctive moments, from providing the basics of this art and its techniques, and developing their passion for making the image to photographic creativity.
As well as playing, singing, short story, manga, theater, films, digital art, and crafts, in order to raise their skill and empowerment, and spread their works at the global level.
Cultural competition paths
The winners of the first three places of each path of the cultural competition will be honored, and from each study stage for the awards.
This is in addition to in -kind prizes that offer students winning at the stage of educational departments.

The second version of the “Cultural Skills” competition
A period ago, a closing ceremony was held for the winners of the second edition in the Arina Riyadh Exhibition Hall.
The Ministries of Culture and Education have honored the winners of the second edition of the Cultural Skills Competition of Public Education Students.
This came in the presence of the Minister of Education Youssef bin Abdullah Al -Bunyan, the Deputy Minister of Culture Hamid bin Muhammad Fayez, a group of officials in both ministries, a number of cultural and art pioneers in the Kingdom, and the parents of the students who won the competition.
