The Ministry of Education revealed that the campaign of a bachelor’s qualification from universities and colleges approved by the system of regularity, in addition to those who hold a Bachelor’s degree in the system of affiliation or distance education, are entitled to apply for the spatial contractual educational jobs for the year 1447 AH, provided that the professional and public professional license test is passed.
Obtaining a professional license is a basic requirement to complete the recruitment procedures and direct the educational job. The Ministry stated that the application for these jobs will be through the unified national platform for employment “Jadara” through the allocated electronic link, noting that the application process will take place in two separate periods according to the specified timetable.

7 Ramadan start registration

The Ministry confirmed that the first period will be dedicated to male teachers, as it will start on Friday 7 March 2025 AD and corresponding to 7 Ramadan 1446 AH, and will continue until the end of Wednesday, March 12, 2025 AD and corresponding to 12 Ramadan 1446 AH, while the second period will be dedicated to female teachers, where it will start on Friday 14 March 2025 AD and corresponding to 14 Ramadan 1446 AH, and it will end at the end of Wednesday, March 19, 2025 AD Ramadan 1446 AH.
The Ministry stressed that the application icon will only be available to those who meet all the controls and requirements specified in the advertisement, explaining that in the event that the icon does not appear despite the fulfillment of all conditions, the applicant must verify the compatibility of his data with the required standards.

In the event that any technical problems are facing during the registration or application process, the ministry has made it clear that applicants can communicate with the customer support team through the unified phone for receiving inquiries, or by raising an electronic ticket through the platform “Jadara” after logging in, by choosing a “Contact us” service from the side list of the platform.

Regarding the spatial contract system, the ministry clarified that this system requires that the applicant’s actual workplace be in the educational authority specified in the contract concluded between him and the competent education department, as there will be no change in the work site after the appointment.
She also stressed that the contract will be in accordance with an official work system in which the contractor is obligated to the specified work hours and is entitled to all the rights and approved job privileges, noting that the contract is not specified for the duration, and does not require its renewal annually, unless in the event of a breach of his terms or the contractor does not adhere to the aspects regulating him.

Educational jobs according to specializations

With regard to the required specializations, the Ministry called on those wishing to apply to see the specializations guide available through the portal of the Ministry of Human Resources on the Ministry of Education website, in order to know the required specializations and to ensure that their qualifications are compatible with the jobs offered.
She emphasized that the candidates can apologize for the nomination during the specified period through the “Faris” system, where they will be provided with entry data necessary to complete the apology procedures.

As for the mechanism of the comparison between the applicants, the ministry confirmed that the approved criteria include the cumulative rate of the scientific qualification, which is granted by a maximum of ten degrees, in addition to the criterion of seniority graduation that is allocated to it, where two degrees are calculated for each year after the date of graduation, with a maximum of ten years.
The specialized professional license test also constitutes fifty percent of the total degree, while the general professional license test constitutes thirty percent of the total degree, which makes passing these tests a basic requirement for the comparison between applicants.

The Ministry explained that the registration of the date of graduation in the day, month and year is a prerequisite for adopting the degree, as the lack of this date leads to the exclusion of the applicant from entering the comparison, and in the event that the date is not available in the document, the applicant can review the admission and registration department at the university or the college from which it graduates to obtain what is proven to prove the actual graduation date.
The ministry explained that spatial desires and address can be modified during the application period and before the deadline ended, stressing the need to ensure the validity of the recorded data to ensure the comparison entry and the failure to exclude the request.

Professional license is a prerequisite

With regard to the jobs covered by the salaries of educational jobs salaries, the Ministry stressed that obtaining the professional license through its specialized and public types is a prerequisite for completing the contract procedures, and it also affirmed that if the applicant has a non -educational qualification, but he obtained an educational diploma, the qualification in the system will be modified to an educational after the approval of the diploma, noting that applying for jobs is not required a priority for the educational qualification holder.

The ministry confirmed that the residence requirement was officially canceled when applying for educational jobs, and also made it clear that passing the teacher’s competency test is sufficient to apply if the applicant has conducted the test since 1435 AH, but it is necessary to issue a professional license through the Education and Training Assessment Authority before signing the contract, and that passing the test of teachers ’competencies or the professional license test is sufficient to apply for jobs, but it is necessary to issue Professional license before signing the contract if the candidate is accepted.

The ministry pointed out that communication with the candidates to complete the required nomination procedures and justifications will be through text messages sent to the mobile numbers registered in the “Jadawrat” platform, in addition to following up the official ads on the Ministry of Education website, and also confirmed that all applicants and applicants will be subject to personal interviews, which will be held in the sites determined by public education departments, explaining that the required documents when attending the interview include include The origin of the national identity with a picture of matching, the origin of the academic qualification with a picture of matching, the academic equation of external qualifications, the origin of the academic registry with a picture of matching, professional license, and any additional qualification documented in the “Jadawar” platform.

The deadline for examining applications

The Ministry also confirmed that the deadline for the medical examination will be announced for the candidates through official channels, noting that the training courses and years of experience as a process of education in the private sector are not considered one of the comparison elements, as the priority in the nomination will depend on the criteria specified in the advertisement.

The Ministry affirmed that the stages of the comparison of the spatial contractual employment for the year 1447 AH will take place in two phases, as the first stage includes the preference of the initial nomination that is implemented by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in accordance with the criteria and requirements of employment, while the second stage includes the final nomination comparison that is implemented by the Ministry of Education between the candidates for each job after the results of personal interviews are issued according to specific criteria.

With regard to direct procedures after the nomination, the ministry stressed that the work system requires evacuating the party from the previous employer and excluding from the social insurance system before starting the new job, as the candidate will not be allowed to start the work until after the fulfillment of all the required regular procedures.
