"Dubai Electricity" and"Parkin" They strengthen electric vehicles with new charging stations during the first quarter

Dubai, March 3 / WAM / The Burken Company has announced the provider of public vehicle parking parking and services in Dubai today, and in the framework of its partnership with the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, that the authority will be part of the first phase of the sustainability initiative, installing a number of new shipping stations in the first quarter of this year, which works with the alternating stream with the capacity of 22 kilowatts x 2, in the various parking of the main vehicles that run it Barkan with the aim of strengthening green mobility initiatives in the emirate, and each station will serve two vehicles.

Specific sites were chosen to park the vehicles on the streets in the two regions A and C in a strategic manner to install new shipping stations, as part of high -density housing societies with limited or not present access to electric vehicle charging facilities.

Dealers will be able to pay the electric vehicle charging tariff and parking duties in one smooth treatment by using the Parkan application and digital wallet.

This cooperation will increase the total number of “green charger” stations of the authority, allowing customers who live or work near them easily access to the infrastructure for charging electric vehicles as it will lead to raising the efficiency of the ultimate user trip, which in turn will contribute to the high rate of use of the places of vehicles adjacent to the vehicle charging stations, which enhances the total operational efficiency and potential revenues.
