Student categories

This step comes within the framework of observing fasting and non -fasting students, as younger students, or who are not charged with fasting, need to eat a healthy meal during the school day to ensure the balance of their energies, so schools recommended parents to provide their children with inappropriate meals for the sensitivity of fasting students, while avoiding foods with strong smells or foods that may cause inconvenience to those who refrain from food Until breakfast date.

Activity and focus

Schools stressed the need to provide students with a sufficient bottle of water for use during the school day, given that the water is an essential element to maintain the activity of the body and avoid dehydration, especially in hot climates.

Parents called for encouraging their children to drink water regularly, even if they did not feel thirsty, to enhance focus and attention during the classes.
