The subscription is limited to the shares of the offering on two of the Cutting SIM cards, which include the categories that are entitled to participate in building the orders record and allocating shares in the initial subscriptions issued by the Capital Market Authority Council.
This includes investment funds, companies, qualified foreign institutions, investors from Gulf companies, and other foreign investors.
The number of offering shares, which will initially allocate the participating groups, is 130.786 million shares of the offering shares, representing 100% of the total offering shares.
The final allocation is after the end of the individuals.
In the event that the individual subscribers (the slide B) subscribe to the full number of shares of the offering allocated to them, the subscription manager has the right to reduce the number of shares allocated to the participating groups to 117.7 million shares of the offering shares as a minimum representing 90% of the total offering shares.
She noted the determination, number and percentage of the offering shares that will be allocated to the participating groups by financial advisors in consultation with the company using the optional allocation mechanism.
It is possible not to allocate any shares to some of the participating groups, as the company and financial advisors see.
