"The house" and"Dubai Holding" They expand their partnership by launching new projects worth 38 billion dirhams

Abu Dhabi, 6 February / WAM / Aldar Group and Dubai Holding announced the expansion of their pioneering joint project, by adding two strategic plots of land in the Emirate of Dubai, which will be developed to provide approximately 14,000 new residential units, with a total development value exceeding 38 billion dirhams.

This expansion comes as an extension of the partnership that was launched in 2023, and constitutes a turning point in Aldar Group’s growth journey in Dubai after the successful launches of its first residential complexes, including “Jinan,” “Athlone,” and “The Wilds.” It also reflects progress in implementing Dubai Holding’s strategy to enhance its strategic land portfolio and develop world-class complexes that support diverse lifestyles in the emirate.

The first plot of land is located along the eastern axis of the Emirate of Dubai, opposite Nad Al Sheba, where a family-oriented residential complex will be developed, including residential apartments, townhouses, and independent villas, on an area of ​​approximately 4 million square metres, with the project scheduled to be launched in 2026.

As for the second plot of land, it is located on Palm Jebel Ali, where a luxury waterfront project will be developed that includes residential units, some of which bear brand names, on a total floor area of ​​approximately 250,000 square meters, to provide a first-class, upscale beach living experience, with the units being put up for sale in 2027.

Palm Jebel Ali, which extends over more than 90 kilometers of beachfront, is a pivotal element of the Dubai Urban Plan 2040, strengthening its position as a new global standard for waterfront living and a key pillar of new urban growth in the Jebel Ali area.

Similar to the previous agreement, Aldar Group will be responsible for the full development cycle of both projects, including preparing the main concepts and designs, marketing and sales work, implementation and delivery, in addition to managing the complexes after completion.

Talal Al Dhiyebi, CEO of Aldar Group, confirmed that the expanded partnership with Dubai Holding represents a new stage in the group’s strategic expansion in Dubai, ensuring the building of a sustainable portfolio of development projects that support long-term growth, noting that this partnership strengthens Aldar’s presence in one of the most vibrant real estate markets in the world, and expands the range of residential complexes that provide diverse lifestyles that meet the aspirations of residents and investors.

This announcement brings the total portfolio of Aldar Group’s development projects in Dubai to more than 2.3 million square meters of new floor space, an extension of the great success achieved by the first phase of the joint project, which witnessed exceptional demand and strong confidence from investors, which was evident in the speed of selling projects and attracting wide interest from customers who are dealing with Aldar for the first time.
