This agreement also extends the cooperation of the two parties in the field of managed services for an additional three years, in order to improve the efficiency of the network and enhance customer experience.

Within the framework of the enlarged managed services contract, Ericsson will continue to use data -based methodologies to simplify operations, improve service standards, and reduce the time taken to offer products in the market. The agreement also includes updating the basic network of Zain Bahrain, and providing the electronic product code (EPC) From Ericsson, which is part of the two -generation -mode primary network solution, and a modern unified data management function, which will enhance the network capacity and strengthen its capabilities more.
