The Ministry of Education spoke to the “Swift Ass” program dedicated to the final exams, to reach the “1.9.12” version, to ensure the tests of the tests without technical obstacles, in preparation for the exams of the end of the second semester of the academic year 2024-2025, scheduled for March 10.

The ministry stated, in an official circular that I sent to schools, which “Emirates Today” reviewed that the safe browser program for the “Swift Ass” system is a basic requirement for students entering the electronic tests, and confirmed that the failure to install the program on the students’ devices will lead to their inability to take exams.

She explained that the “safe browser” is designed to maintain the integrity of the exams and prevent any illegal practices that affect the fairness of the evaluation, and to prevent students from leaving the test screen or opening any other websites while performing the exam, and confirmed that any attempt to cheat or photograph parts of the exam or attempt to get out of the screen will lead to the closing of the test immediately, and the student giving a zero degree.

The governmental and private schools, which apply the ministry’s curriculum, directed the need to emphasize parents and students to update the program before the exam date, as the “safe browser” is mandatory for students to enter electronic tests, and confirmed that the commitment will contribute to avoiding any technical problems that students may face during the performance of their tests, and ensures a smooth and active exam.

The educational expert, Amna Al -Mazmi, confirmed in a comment to «Emirates Today» that the update of the “Swift Ass” program is a healthy procedure, a fundamental step to enhance the efficiency of digital exams, and to ensure a safer and stable test environment, noting that this update reflects the ministry’s commitment to develop the digital infrastructure of the educational system, and Al -Mazmi explained that technology has become an essential element in education The conversation, which calls for updating the programs and platforms used in the exams continuously, to improve performance, reduce technical errors, and ensure a series of smooth testing for students, and added that the commitment to update the program before the exam date is a necessity and not an option, as it contributes to avoiding any technical problems that may affect students ’focus during the performance of their tests, as well as it enhances the credibility of electronic evaluations through a safe environment It is protected from any digital manipulation, and the parents called for updating the safe browser on their children’s devices before engaging in the end of the second semester exams for the current year, to enable their children to take the exams without any obstacles.

In turn, school administrations sent an explanatory video explaining the necessary steps to update the program, and called on parents to follow the content, to facilitate the modernization process and ensure the implementation of the update in the correct way.

She emphasized that all students are obligated to download the program on their own devices, according to the operating system used, as direct links were provided to download via various platforms, and stressed the need to ensure that the program works correctly before the test date, as it is considered a major security tool to prevent any illegal manipulation or exit from the exam platform.

School departments of all students and parents called for fixing the program and ensuring that it works properly, as any attempt to get out of the browser or manipulate the system will be registered electronically, and the student may be subjected to direct exclusion from the exam.
