His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defense, Modal Mohammed Al -Khalifi, former Director of the Land and Property Department in Dubai.
His Highness said in a post on the X platform: “May God have mercy on the successor of Muhammad Al -Khalifi, the former general manager of the Dubai Lands and Property Department … A man from the loyal Dubai men who made great efforts and sincerely in the service of the country and the citizen, and we extend our sincere condolences and sincere sympathy to his family and relatives, and we ask God to bless him with the mercy of his mercy … We belong to God and to Him we shall return.”
