British Minister: The United Kingdom is not considering imposing compulsory recruitment
& nbsp; & nbsp; British Minister of Cabinet Affairs Pat McFaden confirmed today, Sunday, that the United Kingdom is not considering imposing compulsory recruitment, following the call of the President of Latvia to European countries to impose compulsory military service. British – The United Kingdom is not considering imposing compulsory recruitment, but it of course announced a significant increase in defense spending two weeks ago. Latvia Edgar Renkvx, on Sunday urged European countries to implement compulsory recruitment, pointing to the weakness of the European continent from a military point of view. This is in reference to Latvia’s decision to impose male recruitment for males in 2023 and increased defensive spending to reach 4% of GDP
