The Kingdom’s embassy in France celebrates International Women’s Day

The Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the French Republic, on the occasion of International Women’s Day, celebrated this occasion, held a symposium entitled: “Saudi women on International Women’s Day … empowerment and achievements”, in which both the members of the Shura Council, the pioneer of Abonian, Dr. Ahoud Al -Shuhail, and the member of the Human Rights Council, Dr. Sarah Al -Faisal, and the two members of the French Parliament, two vice -presidents of the Saudi -French Friendship Committee in Parliament Emile Lacravi and Estil Yusufa.

The campus of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to France, Fatima Al -Ruwaili, opened the symposium with a word in which she presented a summary of the interest and care that Saudi women enjoy from the wise leadership – may God support it – noting the wide achievements they achieved in light of the Kingdom’s 2030 vision, and the support and empowerment of women, and at various levels.

Then the speakers presented the summary of their experiences and studies on the concrete successes that Saudi women achieve and the support and care they receive.

The event concluded with the Saudi Fine Arts Exhibition, Noura bin Saeedan, in which she presented a summary of her artwork.

The symposium was attended by a number of French ambassadors, diplomats and parliamentarians, and the heads of organizations concerned with women’s affairs and women of French society.
