Sharjah records real estate trading of 3.5 billion dirhams last February

Sharjah on March 14 / WAM / The monthly statistical data issued by the Real Estate Registration Department in Sharjah revealed the volume of real estate trading in the various regions and cities of the Emirate of Sharjah, which amounted to 3.5 billion dirhams during February 2025, while the total number of transactions reached 7,768 transactions and the total area circulated in sales transactions to 11.8 million square feet.
The data indicated that 7,768 real estate transactions were implemented, and sales transactions constituted 1,348 transactions, representing 17.4% of the total transactions, while mortgage transactions reached 424 transactions worth 711.6 million dirhams, making 5.5% of the total transactions.
Initial contract transactions recorded 941 transactions of 12.1%, while the property certificates transactions reached 3,958 transactions by 50.9%, while the property bond transactions reached 1,097 transactions formed 14.1% of the total transactions.
Selling transactions were implemented in 116 regions distributed in various cities and regions of the Emirate of Sharjah, as these transactions included a variety of real estate, including residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural lands.
According to the data, 723 space lands were circulated, while the number of transactions of the secreted units reached 373 transactions, and the built land transactions reached 252 transactions, which reflects the diversity and spread of investment opportunities throughout the emirate.
