Putin invites the Ukrainian forces in the Kursk region to surrender

“We are sympathetic to President Trump’s invitation,” Putin said in televised comments.
He added: “If they threw their weapons and surrender, it will guarantee them that life and the generous treatment,” calling on Ukraine leaders to issue an order for their forces to surrender.
Putin confirmed that the Ukrainian soldiers “committed many crimes against the civilian population” in the Kursk region.
