المملكة: Pictures | “Good gifts” to Alzheimer’s disease moved on a tour of the Kingdom during the month of Ramadan

This campaign comes within the framework of the societal initiatives launched by the association annually in the holy month of Ramadan, to enhance awareness of Alzheimer’s disease and raise the level of support provided to patients and their families, in light of the continuous need for special care and social understanding.
This initiative comes based on the legal fatwa in the entitlement of Zakat in buying medicines and devices for Alzheimerfi disease. The association’s keenness to enhance awareness about Alzheimer’s disease, and to alleviate the suffering of patients and their families, who face daily challenges in dealing with this health condition that needs special care.
“Gifts of Good” provides a message of hope and support for families who continue to care for patients in difficult circumstances.
A number of Ramadan gifts, food baskets and medical devices were also distributed to the families of Alzheimer’s patients in various regions, and the initiative aims to reduce the burden on families and achieve a kind of happiness and reassurance in their hearts during this holy month.
Providing support to families in Ramadan
The “Bab Al -Rafah” continues to provide support to many families throughout the holy month of Ramadan, while working to develop (projects and initiatives) in line with the association’s message in improving the quality of life for anyone affected by Alzheimer’s disease through awareness tools, care programs, policy and research support.
This initiative was launched in the three regions (central, eastern, western, northern and southern) with a number of partners, supporters and sectors of the campaign to activate the social responsibility.
