7 people were killed by a plane crash in Honduras

Seven people were killed, as a result of a plane crashing off the coast of Honduras on the Caribbean Sea yesterday evening “Monday” minutes after taking off from Rawatan Island, while ten others were recovered from among the debris.

The authorities in Honduras said that the plane was carrying 14 passengers and three crew members on board, noting that the plane wreck was found one kilometer from the island’s coast.

The Jet Stream plane and operated by the Lansa National Aviation Company, heading to La CIS airport on the main mainland of Honduras.
