The Fitaihi Group General agrees to elect 7 members of the Board of Directors
Fitaihi Holding Group Company announced the results of the regular general assembly meeting (the first meeting) held on Monday.
The company said in a statement on Saudi Arabia’s circulation: The results of the vote on the association’s agenda included: Approval of the election of the members of the Board of Directors from among the candidates for the next session, which begins on (04-22-2025 AD), and its duration is 3 AD, and ends on 21-04-2028 AD.
The elected members are: Ahmed Fattahi, Omar Al -Humaidan, d. Ibrahim Al -Madhoun, d. Ibrahim Badawoud, Bayan Fakih, d. Suhail Qadi, d. Adnan Sophie.
