Distribution of profits for the second half of 2024

Today, the Board of Directors of the Saudi Ground Services Company (Ground Services) decided to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of the year 2024 AD.
The company said in a statement on Saudi Arabia’s circulation: The total amount distributed is 188 million riyals, while the number of shares due for profits is 188 million shares.
She added that the share share of the distribution is 1 riyals, while the distribution rate to the nominal share value is 10%.
The right date will be 1446-09-25 corresponding to 2025-03-25, while the distribution date will be 1446-10-19 corresponding to 2025-04-17 shares.
