Peru declares a state of emergency and deploys the army in the capital .. What happens?

Peruvian president announced the state of emergency in the capital, Lima, on Monday and ordered the deployment of soldiers to help the police to confront the escalation of violence, amid a wave of overwhelming anger a day after a popular singer.
The government of President Dina Polwariti has published a decree saying that the state of emergency will last 30 days, and the authorities will restrict some rights, including freedom of assembly and movement, and this means that the police and the army will be able to arrest persons without a judicial order.
Peru has witnessed an increase in the killings, violent extortion and attacks on public places in recent months, and the police reported 459 cases of killing from January 1 to March 16, and 909.1 blackmail reports in January alone.

The anger reached its climax after the killing of the 39 -year -old singer Paul Flores.
In the Legislative Council “Congress”, opposition representatives requested to vote to block confidence from Interior Minister Juan Jose Santhanez because of what they say is that there is no plan to combat increasing violence.
It is expected to discuss voting at the plenary session of the Legislative Council of Biro later this week.

Flores was shot dead early on Sunday when the militants attacked the bus that he and his colleagues were carrying in the band after a concert in Lima.
The attack on the famous singer was not the only violent event during the weekend. On Saturday, a foreign body exploded in a restaurant in the capital, wounding at least 11 people.
