“Expert Rit Fund” agrees in principle the offer to buy one of its real estate

The expert financial company, as the director of the “expert Rit” fund, announced the issuance of the initial approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors, to accept the offer of the purchase of one of the funds of the fund.
In a statement, the company noted the circulation of Saudi Arabia by conducting the necessary real estate evaluation operations before moving forward with the implementation of the deal, according to the requirements of the conditions and terms of the fund.
The Fund’s director expected that the financial impact resulting from the deal will be positive in general, and it will be reflected on the results of the fund during the first half of the fiscal year 2025 AD, in the event that all procedures related to the deal are completed.
He noted the disclosure of any developments in this regard.
