المملكة: Makkah Al -Mukarramah .. The approval of 167 additional mosques to hold Friday and Eid prayers

The Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Sheikh, directed the expansion of worshipers in the mosques of the Holy Capital, Makkah Al -Mukarramah, with the approval of (167) additional mosques within the mosques in which Friday and Eid prayers are held, as of tomorrow, Friday, 9/21/1446 AH, its absorptive capacity is estimated at more than (200) thousand worshipers.
Thus, the number of mosques and mosques in which Friday prayers and holidays are held in the Holy Capital, within the border of the Great Mosque of Mecca (849) mosques and mosques with a capacity that exceeds (one million) serum for Friday and Eid prayer.

The directive of the Minister, Dr. Abdullatif Al -Sheikh, comes within the framework of the continuous efforts to facilitate the guests of Rahman, and to absorb the large numbers of the guests of Rahman in order to perform worship easily and easily with the directives of the rational leadership and keeping pace with the targets of the Kingdom’s 2030 vision that emphasizes the doubling of the services provided to the guests of Rahman coming to Mecca with the great facilities provided by the state – may God support it -.

Referring to the directives issued by the Minister “Al -Sheikh”, the Ministry has prepared all the mosques and its facilities to serve its opponents and achieve the highest standards of comfort and reassurance to the worshipers.
