“Rubio” accused the former president and former Minister of Planning, Julio Miguel de Vido, of embezzling millions of dollars with a bribery linked to general construction and construction contracts.
On Friday, Rubio said that the entry ban also includes members of their direct family.
It is noteworthy that Kirchner, a controversial figure in Argentina and held the presidency from 2007 to 2015, has long faced charges of corruption.

Last year, the Argentine court upheld a six -year prison sentence and prevented her from taking over public positions, after it was proven convicted of embezzlement of public funds, but she insists that she is innocent of what is attributed to her.
The case focused on accusations that Kirchner and her late husband, former President Nestor Kirchner, who held the presidency from 2003 to 2007, had transferred government contracts worth about one billion dollars to a favorite contracting company, without conducting competitive tenders during their term.
