Germany, France and Britain call for a ceasefire in Gaza immediately

Germany, France and the United Kingdom called for a return to a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip immediately. In a joint statement of its foreign ministers, the three countries called on Israel, “Israel”, to allow the entry of humanitarian aid to the Strip.
“We call on Israel to enforce humanitarian aid, including water and electricity, and ensure the provision of medical care and temporary medical evacuation in accordance with international humanitarian law,” the statement said.

The ministers emphasized that the Israeli-Palestinian conflict cannot be solved by military means, and that the ceasefire of the long term is the only way reliable for peace.
In the joint statement, they expressed their severe shock as a result of the bombing of the United Nations Office for Project Services in Gaza and the killing of one of its employees, and they called for an investigation into the incident.
