المملكة: Launching an initiative to collect Eid clothing in support of needy families in Jeddah

The Municipality of Jeddah Governorate today launched a “generous” initiative to collect the Eid clothing in support of needy families.
This comes within the framework of its efforts to enhance social solidarity, revive the values ​​of giving and community participation during the month of Ramadan.

Saudi societal initiatives

The initiative aims to enable volunteers to contribute to this humanitarian work by donating clothes, through custom places.
Funds are placed to collect clothes, and they are sorted and equipped in partnership with charitable authorities and municipal volunteering management, to ensure that they are delivered to the beneficiaries.
The “Sakha” initiative comes within a series of societal initiatives launched by the Jeddah Municipality.

Voluntary work in Saudi Arabia

The initiative aims to enhance the culture of volunteering, and bring joy to needy families as Eid Al -Fitr approaches, as well as providing societal voluntary opportunities.
