The start of the in -kind registration for a number of neighborhoods and real estate pieces in Sharqia

The General Real Estate Authority announced the start of the real estate registration work for the real estate for (207,885) real estate pieces in (230) neighborhoods in the eastern region, of which (139) neighborhoods in Al -Ahsa Governorate, (80) neighborhoods in Qatif Governorate, (11) neighborhoods in the city of Jubail and one real estate piece in the city of Dammam, and (252) real estate pieces in the Marai governorate in the Riyadh region.
Registration starts from 8 Shawwal 1446 AH corresponding to April 6, 2025 AD, and until the end of the 15th day Muharram 1447 AH corresponding to July 10, 2025 AD.
The authority explained that the neighborhoods benefiting from the real estate registry at this stage include the following neighborhoods in Al -Ahsa Governorate: (Al -Sanaa neighborhood, Al -Rabiya neighborhood, the southern Prince Sultan district, the center of El -Ayoun, the southern eyes neighborhood, the northern eyes, the district of Prince Sultan’s suburb, and the government departments complex).
The neighborhoods included: (the town of Al -Marah, the town of Al -Awadia, the town of Glipleh, the Qadisiyah neighborhood, the Yarmouk neighborhood, the town of Al -Qurain, the Seville neighborhood, the Al -Basatin neighborhood, the town of Al -Jarn, the housing neighborhood, the Al -Safa 1 neighborhood, the second Al -Safa neighborhood, the third Safa neighborhood, and the fourth safa neighborhood).
The neighborhoods included: (Al -Nada neighborhood, Sunday, communications, academic neighborhood, Diwan, fog, Al -Fanar, Al -Mutairi Al -Gharbi, Al -Yamamah, Qurtuba, the town of Al -Waziya, Al -Daiya, the first neighborhood, the second neighborhood, Al -Ziyiya, the third neighborhood, the fourth neighborhood, the town of Al -Mutairfi, the Olaya neighborhood, the division, the part of the first Rashidiya, the second guided, the second, and the honorable. The neighborhoods included: (Al -Olaya, Ain Musa, Massen I, Al -Laileh, Al -Hafira, Al -Rafia, Al -Hadid, the Third Sulaymaniyah, the Fourth Sulaymaniyah, Al -Aweiriya, Al -Murbiyah, Al -Murqab, Al -Satta, Juba, Lahd, Al -Mazrou, the first, the second farm, the breeze, the Imam Muhammad bin Saud, the Badriyah, and the Rabwah).
The neighborhoods included: (Jerusalem, engineers, first housing, university, third red, immortal, first, Bandaria, first red, second red, flower, Al -Nayefiyah, Granada, part of the second housing, hawks, third roses, princes, airport, part of the second roses, and ribbons).
The neighborhoods included: (Al -Hada, Al -Dana, the Sports City, the employees of the second education, the part of the second housing, the Al -Ghawiba agricultural area, the Hajar III district, the Hajar V neighborhood, the Hajar XV neighborhood, the Al -Montazah neighborhood, the visionary, and the part of the Al -Khadeh neighborhood).
The registration in Al -Qatif Governorate includes the following neighborhoods: (Andalusia, the oasis, the climate, the kindergarten, the satisfaction, the Sanabis, the school, the Al -Dira, the Qatif Beach in Tarut, the Coral, the mountain, the falsehood, and the two two).
The neighborhoods include: (industrial, promoter, spring, masts, al -Yamama, emerald, palm trees, coincidence, narcissus, university, jewel, conquest, industrial, west of Nabiya, Nabiya, sand, and bodies).
The neighborhoods include: (sapphire, navigation, the beast of Muhaish, Jaroudia, Al -Anwar, Al -Raya, Al -Badia, Al -Ishan, Umm Al -Hamam, Al -Shash, Al -Shamasiyah, Al -Waddah, Badia Al -Basri, Al -Dababiya, Al -Madani, and Bab Al -Sab).
The neighborhoods include: (lavender, Nazareth, Bab Al -Shamal, Al -Sharia, Al -Shahba, Al -Shawika, Al -Bahr, Al -Jazeera, Al -Fifth, Al -Rusta, Al -Tubbi, Al -Muttal, Al -Mashri, Al -Shuba, Al -Mustarafa area, Castle, Al -Zahra, Jawaher, Al -Hussein, Al -Qudaih, Al -Zumdar, Schools, Al -Kasir, Al -Jarrari, Al -Masoudiya, Al -Muwaid, Al -Wadiah, Al -Majidiya, Umm Al -Jazzi, Al -Daridi, and part of the Shura neighborhood, Al -Khumshah).
The registration in the city of Jubail includes the following neighborhoods: (Al -Murqab, Al -Oasa, Dana, Coral, Faculty, Al -Tawa, Al -Garden, Yarmouk, Al -Arifi Industrial, Cooperation, and Taiba).
The registration includes the real estate area between Abu Hadria Road, the Dhahran Industrial District, and the Makkah Al -Mukarramah Road in Dammam.
The authority explained that the selection of neighborhoods was made according to specific criteria, and it will be announced successively from the rest of the regions, governorates and neighborhoods that will be subject to the real estate registration work in various regions of the Kingdom during the coming periods.
The Real Estate Authority indicated that the first registration for real estate in these areas and neighborhoods will be available through the electronic real estate registry platform, or through service centers.
She pointed out that the in -kind registration requires a ownership deed that fulfills the regular requirements to complete the registration process.
The authority called on real estate ownership in the areas and neighborhoods subject to registration in -kind regulations to verify the property ownership instrument, and provide the necessary requirements in preparation for the start of registration, whereby the registration steps can be inquired through the official platforms of the authority, or by calling the customer service center 199002.
Starting from the date set for the start of the registration, a “real estate number” will be issued, and a ownership registration instrument for each real estate unit will be registered, and the ownership registration instrument (real estate data, descriptions, status, and state will include the rights and obligations related to the geometrical information in a way that contributes to enhancing the infrastructure and the sustainability of the real estate sector).
The real estate registration system aims to raise real estate reliability and enhance transparency in the real estate sector.
