This comes within its continuous endeavors to regulate the labor market and ensure the commitment of the owners of the establishments to the work systems and its executive regulations.

This is in addition to making warnings to correct the situation in a way that ensures the promotion of compliance with the approved regulations and legislations.
In the context of its follow -up to the resettlement decisions, the Ministry intensified its efforts to ensure the commitment of the targeted facilities, which contributed to providing qualitative job opportunities for citizens.

This is in addition to raising compliance rates in a number of vital sectors, and the supervisory teams implemented joint visits in cooperation with the relevant authorities to follow up the commitment of the establishments to the regulations in force.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development affirmed its continuation of its regulatory tours in all regions, calling on the owners of establishments to adhere to the regulations.

She urged individuals to report any violations through the allocated official channels, by calling the unified number (19911) or through the Ministry’s application on smart devices.

Private sector facilities in Saudi Arabia

Last January, the Human Resources Development Fund revealed its contribution to supporting the employment of 437 thousand citizens and citizens through the fund’s programs and initiatives to work in private sector facilities during the year 2024.
The growth rate was 17% compared to 2023 AD, while the number of beneficiaries of the services, training and guidance programs provided by the fund during the past year to two million beneficiaries and benefiting with a growth rate of 5% compared to 2023 AD.

The number of facilities benefiting from the services of the fund during the same year reached more than 179 thousand establishments in various sectors of the labor market and from various regions of the Kingdom, with a growth rate of 49% compared to 2023 AD.
The data indicated that 95% of them are medium, small and micro facilities, while the total amounts spent on training, empowerment and guidance support programs during the past year reached 7.74 billion riyals.
