254 A warning to food and professional facilities that violated the health requirements in Dibba Al -Fujairah

Dibba Al -Fujairah Municipality announced that it had released 254 warnings against food and professional facilities that violated health requirements, since the beginning of Ramadan.

The municipality indicated, on its website, that its inspection teams carried out 755 inspection visits to food and professional facilities, which included the Ramadan market, restaurants, popular kitchens, men and women salons, and a number of other facilities.

The Director General of the Municipality of Dibba Al -Fujairah, Eng. Hassan Salem Al -Yamahi, confirmed that the return of the Ramadan market has allowed small and medium projects to carry out the activity of display and selling Ramadan foods of all kinds in several places, including in front of the Dibba Society for Culture, Arts and theater, and in front of the shops in Dibba, and in front of the Bureau market for vegetables and fruits.

Al -Yamahi added that the municipal inspection teams are making great efforts to maintain the health and safety of all members of society, noting that the goal of campaigns and intense inspection tours carried out by the municipality to coincide with the blessed month of Ramadan, which witnesses a great demand from the public, is to protect the consumer, and to ensure the safety of food and public hygiene, and the extent of the commitment of food institutions to health, precautionary and preventive requirements, in addition to fighting Commercial fraud.

Al -Yamahi pointed out that the municipality has paid great attention to preparing the watercourse in Dibba and the bid with all the necessary needs to cover the slaughter operations during the holy month, stressing that the municipality is keen to apply the highest health and safety standards in all service facilities.

He added that the inspection visits also included ensuring the commitment of workers in the food and professional facilities to health standards, including carrying valid health cards, and following hygiene and sterilization procedures, while monitoring any violations that may affect public health, stressing that the municipality will not tolerate the grave violations, where legal measures are taken against unlikely incompatible installations, which may reach temporary closure or imposition of fines Stress.

He explained that the inspection teams operate according to a periodic plan during the Holy Month, and target all food facilities, to control any violations that may harm the health of consumers, calling on the public to cooperate with the municipality by reporting any violations through the emergency office (0924443999) or through social media platforms, to ensure a healthy and safe environment for all.
